Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with kkb8, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh, that you are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by kkb8 or any affiliated platform, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. kkb8 reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false or misleading.

Account Eligibility and KYC

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on kkb8. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts associated with that individual and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within those accounts. kkb8 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process using a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) before withdrawal of funds is permitted. KYC may also be triggered at any time for compliance purposes.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your kkb8 account must be made via payment methods registered in your own name. kkb8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to the same individual as the kkb8 account holder. kkb8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Bonuses offered by kkb8, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spins, are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times stated in the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted. kkb8 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice where abuse or violation of bonus terms is suspected.

Fair Play and Game Integrity

Account Registration Requirements

To register an account on kkb8 you must meet all of the following requirements. Failure to meet any single requirement will result in your account being ineligible for use or subject to suspension.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
  • You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh or a Bangladeshi citizen with a valid National Identity Card (NID).
  • You must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.
  • You must not already hold an active or suspended kkb8 account. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent ban.
  • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order applied by kkb8 or any responsible gaming body, and you must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

kkb8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including a copy of your NID, a selfie with your NID, or a recent utility bill or bank statement — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within 5 business days may result in account suspension and temporary hold on withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

  • kkb8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered in the account holder's own name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered kkb8 account holder. kkb8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
  • kkb8 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, bank maintenance windows, or national public holidays in Bangladesh.
  • kkb8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of additional verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered contact details.

Bonuses and Promotions

kkb8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

  • Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be converted to real-money funds upon completion of the stated wagering requirement (rollover).
  • A player may only claim each type of welcome bonus once. Repeat claims of the same promotional offer using multiple accounts or identities is prohibited and will result in forfeiture.

Responsible Gaming and Age Restriction

kkb8 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on kkb8. kkb8 employs age verification checks at registration and during ongoing KYC review. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kkb8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and page layouts, is the intellectual property of kkb8 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkb8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, even if kkb8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. kkb8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

kkb8 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that game outcomes will meet your expectations, or that the platform is free from technical errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkb8 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and game integrity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly in circumstances beyond its reasonable control such as telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed access restrictions.

Amendments and Governing Law

kkb8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, kkb8 will notify registered players via their registered email address or platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting customer support.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kkb8's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kkb8's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
